A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. This site keeps that to a minimum: every cookie below is needed to sign you in and protect what you send, or remembers a choice you made yourself.

The cookies we set
oicw_access
Keeps you signed in while you move between pages. Your browser cannot read it, and it is only sent to our own interface.
How long it lasts: Five minutes, then renewed while you are working.
oicw_refresh
Renews your sign-in so a long form does not sign you out in the middle. Removed when you sign out.
How long it lasts: One day.
csrftoken
Protects the forms you send from being submitted by another site on your behalf.
How long it lasts: One year.
NEXT_LOCALE
Remembers whether you chose English, French or Arabic, so you do not pick it again on every visit.
How long it lasts: One year.
Staff who open the administration area also receive a session cookie from it. Visitors and business owners never do.
What we do not do
There is no advertising on this site, no analytics or audience measurement, and no social network buttons. Nothing you do here is shared with an advertising or marketing partner, and no third party sets a cookie through us.
Videos on company pages
A business may add a YouTube video to its page. The video is not loaded until you press play, and it is served from YouTube's no-cookie address. If you do press play, YouTube receives your request and its own terms apply from that point.
Your choices
Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time, in its privacy settings. Because the cookies above are what keep you signed in, blocking them means you can still read the directory but cannot sign in or submit a registration.
